Flora Fontanelli associated artists

Hungarian-born Italian violinist Flora Fontanelli has won prizes at the “Rancati Prize” at the Conservatorio “G. Verdi” in Milan, the European Music Competition in Moncalieri, the competition of Giussano. Following her Bachelor studies at the Conservatorio G. Verdi in Milan, with Christian Anzinger, and at the Universitaet Mozarteum Salzburg with Martin Mumelter, Flora attended the Royal College of Music, London for a Master of Performance with Jan Repko. As an orchestral performer, Flora is currently part of Southbank Sinfonia 2020 and has previously performed in important venues such as the Royal Festival Hall in London and the Grosser Saal in Salzburg with the Sinfonieorchester der Universitaet Mozarteum and the RCM Symphony Orchestra. She has also performed with baroque ensemble Aura Musicale on authentic instruments with Balàzs Màtè, in Innsbruck, Kuffstein, Budapest. She is the founder and Artistic Director of Tolma - Festival of Music and Art .
